Long live EQ5!! nearly all my quilts start out there!! I may have to take up the challenge to design this block! I love it! and the colors are really well done! Keep it... my husband keeps griping that the quilt I keep on the sofa is only 4 ft long. It is the first quilt I made. No one told me to design first, then buy the right amount of fabric. I bought fat quarters and when I ran out, the quilt was finished! I should make him something like this. Julie, what size is it? and each block?? Hope you don't mind my asking...

Love it. Would you share your EQ file so we don't have to recreate it?

I love that design too. (EQ7 here I come!) Your quilt is beautiful, love the colors. Where do you live in NM? I lived in Portales from grades 1-4, a long LONG time ago.

I usually go to bed at 3 or 4 am. This morning I awoke at 5, couldn't go back to sleep, got on this board!! Saw this quilt and next thing I know, I'm in EQ working away. I'm thinking a nautical theme, eh?
PM me and I'll send you the layout in EQ
