Oh. I love dragons. your's is wonderful. Post again when she is finished!

I had a dream about a dragon just after I moved into my new home about 10 years ago. There is an old farm pond on my land and he lived in the pond and would come up to my mud room door and politly knock. When I opened the door I knew just what he wanted. Handing him a few coins, he would deposite them into a snack machine by my door, pick his favorite snack, nod and return to the pond, and float around on his back having a great old time.

I love that dream and chuckle every time I think of it!
    Just thought I'd share.
    peace :D

You did a great job with your matching, but I hear you about it being hard, even with pins. Next time, instead you might try Sharon Schamber's school glue method. Look up her web site & see how she does binding. It would work for matching things like your 2 paper-pieced pieces, too.

    Nice job.

Have you tried vinyl coated paper clips to hold the pieces in place relative to each other?
