    Gorgeous!! You are very talented! I saw this technique at a quilt show a few years ago. The lady's name is Cathy Farris and she does have a web page although I didn't see that technique on it. She will answer your email. I saw a kit that she packages that has the instructions, pencils, medium etc at The Calico House, Placentia, CA. I tried it on a quilt label using the medium she told me to buy and it held up after I washed it the first time. Gave the quilt away, so don't know after that.
