    i made this lap for my mom's cousin, a life long quilter who is now in a nursing home. she and her mother made quilts all their lives. i often joke that i waited til all my relatives who were quilters, were gone to decide that i want to be a quilter, too. then i had to pay someone to teach me. LOL (i took lessons at a local quilt shop)

    Still looking, see no Irish Chain, but I do recognise paper pieced blocks when I see them. Very nice work!

    Very nice! The quilting really adds to an already gorgeous quilt. Thanks for working so hard on posting your pics. Hope next time won't be so difficult.
