    Thanks ladies! Yes I used a pattern. I found it at a local Quilting store.

    The pattern is Caddy Pad from Sisters' Common Thread. It came with the teflon. The instructions told me how to draw the lines on the teflon. It was a lot of measuring, but not hard.
