    He was making it to lift, but I wanted a screw in so it wouldn't move. Board is 3/8 inch thick, works great, the 44" inch material fits across the board.

    That's a perfect board, he did a great job.

    Does it feel sturdy? I may be able to coerce someone into making me one.

    Awesome! I love my big board although my ironing board is getting a bit wobbly so I probably will have to do something in the new house -
    It looks like that one would be much sturdier!

    Nicely done! I wish my husband were a bit - any - handy with tools...
