Woo hooo... Plan B is working out much nicer. More time consuming but will be worth it in the end. Now if I could just stay off here and Facebook long enough to get it done....

Somehow I don't get an e-mail when messages are posted... Luckily I saw this!

I've got mamabird's center... Have a plan, but wanted to find just the right fabric for the red that's got hint of pink... Finally sewing this weekend.

The weather here is crazy - mid 80's yesterday. Many folks are talking about how gorgeous it is, but it's too hot!! If it's like this in the beginning of April, what will summer bring?? Guess I'll have to stay inside where it's relatively cool and sew. ;)

Hi ladies....I just want to remind everyone of a couple of things. As the tops grow in size and beauty, we have to remember that they do need to be pieced as well as possible also. We want all the quilts to be ready to be sandwiched and quilted when they get home...so please remember that it is your responsibility to insure that BEFORE you mail your rounds out....

The top must be square (please measure it to be sure) and it must lay flat.

Everyone is doing a beautiful job...if you don't believe me, just take some time to surf all the group sites...please help keep them all on track though by making sure your addition meets the criteria ...Great job everyone and have fun!!

I am still working on P&J's. Hope to have it done by Sunday night... fingers crossed it all comes together like I plan.

OK, after many layout changes here is your "finished" border. Unfortunately it is not squared so I have to fix that. But I am happy with the way it turned out and I hope you are too!

Mama....that looks soo good!!! What a great layout choice! I don't know what the others were, but this one is a winner! (don't ya' just hate it when it is off square when you get done?? :evil: )
