    Oh Mel, when I read that this morning (on my ipod, or I would have responded then), all I could think was "I wonder if Mel can hear all the 'I told you so, honey's' that everyone is saying, and see the knowing smiles and nods. :P :P

    But we all know and agree, that although we love quilting, it is WAY second to cuddeling a baby!! :P :P

    I haven't even seen k3n's rooster yet. Joeann has been sick, but I hope to get it this week.

    Awww Mel....we know that cuddling is waaay more important. I know you'll pull through though :wink: Can you sew with that baby on your lap? :lol: :lol:

    I think this group is one of those "wait until the last minute then produce some AMAZING things!" type of groups. Everyone always pulls something fantastic out of the their hats!

    Actually, yes! I have this awesome wrap/carrier that he totally falls asleep in and I have my hands free for everything else!

    sandpat, I am not involved in the rr's but I have been watching the topics. I had to comment.

    I love what you did with the border, making the OBW blocks. I think it is really a fabulous addition.

    P.S. to the owner of this magnificant quilt. I love it as is and would love it as a wall hanging! :wink:
