that's a good enough response 8) Just wanted to keep her on her toes, don't you know!
And that business of frames ... I was just thinking ... think of the center and the frame ....and everything beyond that is the WALLPAPER!
Speaking of which ....
question: Is everything about Art Nouveau -- round??? I didn't start quilting for ROUND! I thought it was about ANGLES ... you know, as in squares, something squared! hmmmm .... :roll: thinking thinking thinking...

Omak's centre has arrived in Ontario, Canada! It's even more beautiful (and intricate - all those *tiny* pieces!) in person. I've got some ideas for the border that I have emailed her about, but I won't be able to start work on it until next week - between family visiting and scrambling to finish the "before winter" work on our little farm.
How's everyone else doing?

Miss Jan is going to do wonderful things to that red,white, and blue center! It took what? Two weeks to get there? That is a long time, but I am sure you used the time wisely <g>

Things from the States usually take between 1 and 2 weeks to reach me, with no rhyme or reason why sometimes it's only a week, and sometimes it's two. Our postal system is really quite bad, unfortunately.

Hmmm ... if that is the case, I am thinking I need to move my deadline date forward two weeks, so you have more of a chance to keep up with the rest of us ... well, that changes the degree of panic I may or may not be feeling <g>

You'll all get the hang of how long things take to get to each other as we go along. During last year's..I mailed to the UK..it took a couple of weeks, so I tried to get it out a little early to give those girls a little extra time to work on it. Whatever works the best for the group is what you should do. Just make sure you are letting Elle know when you mail out and when you recieve so we don't have tops piling up on anyone.
