Hi ai - wow I love your star! My two cents - I think on point will be great but when Colletta gets her paws on it, I'm sure she'll do what's best! :D

Jan, you might find that you can gain that quarter inch if you block the centre. If you haven't done that before, there is a good free tute on Sharon Schamber's site. Otherwise, Colletta can make her border just a tad oversized, to bring it up for the next person on the list, can't she? (Providing that is OK for you Jan, and Colletta of course.) I loved the colours you used, and batiks always look so fresh somehow.

Thats fine Ninnie. Remember everyone that when you do mail out you should let me know by PM and also the person you are mailing to okay, that way we know everything is on target.

Thanks Ninnie for letting us know about the mail service.

Patti posted this on another Group thread someone has had a good idea you may want to take note off, heres what they said

"JoeAnn reminded me (she didn't need to!) to put my label in a baggie so that any ink wouldn 't inadvertently rub off on my center. As if I needed the reminder after the September Doll Quilt fiasco! Actually what she suggested was to put a piece of plain muslin on top and iron/press until the ink quit transferring, but I'm going to be extra cautious.

Patti, do you think this is something that should be passed on to the entire 60? "

Am I right in thinking that we don't have a post from Omak yet? Are you there, Omak? I haven't seen any posts on her PDA for ages either. I hope she is with us.
