I really like this idea. That flower is wonderful. Where did you find the pattern? I could use a flower like that for another project I am doing.

The pattern is on www.emblibrary .com I went looking for it yesterday as I seemed to remember seeing things similar to it, it stitches out really fast on my embroidery machine.

Now that I am shacking in my boots, here is the second flower, I am not sure how many that I am doing yet, I want to get all the corners done and figure it out from there, the longest part is cutting all the pieces for it,

Cutie: That is really neat! Nice work. After you get the corners done it will be really nice. Perhaps it will just need a couple of flowers and a blossom in the middle on the sides. It is the perfect color of purple.

If you want to see how it is done I showed pictures of it on my pda on page 509, once I get all four corners done I will take a look and see how many it needs in between, I have to find different colors yet. I have some pink and some blue cut, and I need some nice center colors.

I don't want to overdo it but don't want to underdo it either, so here is what it looks like so far. I am not sure if I should add more flowers with the stems, or maybe just the flower? and how many?

Cutie...just MHO.....I would put just the flower without the stem...1 each side centered on the long side.....but it looks good just like it is too....you are closer to it...you decide.

I think I like the idea of a couple more flowers. But like Sandpat said you can see it better. It looks so cute already! I just think a couple more flowers would bring in more colour rather then mainly green.
