Thanks Donna much appreciated. I do not want to see anything more get lost or eaten. There is far too much effort in any of these so whatever is best I will do but I also do not want to cause financial issues for anyone.

April...I wouldn't insure it to Canada...the recieving person shouldn't have to pay to work on a top..so thats not an option. You can always use one of the other services...I can't BELIEVE that the package was so damaged and soooo thankful that it came back to you though! to the PO service of late!

I think in this case that Bev will be the best source of information on who delivers to her and maybe the most cost effective way to do it. Geesh...for the trouble...wanna take a nice vacation drive to Ontario?

oh, boy  I received an insured package from one of my Canadian partners, so when I shipped out this last round, I insured the package for 100.00 and marked it as a gift. The other option was to mail it as a commercial sample, but the PO can't tell me what all the options are ... based on what has just been posted, my guess is they don't know what they don't know ... this cannot be good bummer! <wave> If my Canadian partner has to pay too much, I will just have to reimburse them for my lack of understanding. I may have to go check to see which they couldn't give me - - the confirmation of delivery or insurance. I am feeling VERY abused by our "service" agencies, right now

I think it is pretty poor to be quite honest. Packages are not cheap to mail anywhere and for them to be so uncared for is disheartening :-( (PS I do not mind paying to remail it at all I just want it to get there safely and unmarred!) This just makes me wonder if they are so hard up for money that this is a way for them to get it. Well now you have to remail so it will be another $15.....things that make you go hmmmmmm

I agree...when they damage it...and its their fault I don't think we should have to pay for their poor efforts, but thats just my opinion....obviously, they don't agree with me.

I am so amazed at the creativity I have seen here. I've never been in a round robin but want to someday soon! The work done by all of you is top notch!!

Ok I received the next round from Sara :-) It made it's journey over the sea through the ash safely and has landed in my home. Now it awaits inspiration :-)
