    uh ... oh ... surprises! I forgot that was going to happen ... hmm ... what to do while I am waiting ... hmm.
    I KNOW! I will work on a surprise for someone else and then I won't have time to think about what you are up to! :P
    I was thinking about april's question and I didn't know how to broach the possibility ...
    I rather prefer rectangular quilts to square ones - - square ones are nice for babies ... but, I think big people should have rectangular ones. If someone wanted to put more inches on the top on bottom than they did on the sides, I wouldn't mind ...
    hmmm ... how to say that in ten words or less ... hmmmmmmmmmm
    3x4= 12
    if someone wanted to put six inch border on top and bottom or whatever somewhere along the way, I would accept that as fufilling the "round"
    if the quilt stays square, it is okay.... I have a PLAN! LOL

    I want everyone to know that it is even more beautiful in person. The colors are beautiful.

    Also, I just realized...lol....I think we are the only group without a name.

    The other group I'm in brought up a very good point. About prewashing or not. Mine center was NOT prewashed, so I would prefer that you didn't. But, if you're using from your stash and it was washed go for it.

    How about everyone else?

    I prewashed mine, and I would prefer it if others also prewashed, just because its going to be a very special quilt at the end and I dont want to risk it running in the wash, which I have had very occasionally happen.

    I had thought it was in the rules to prewash, but I could be wrong?
