    According to the Singer website, the serial number indicates she was made in 1951. I emailed Singer to get the exact date, but haven't heard back yet. There are several bobbins, wooden spools of thread and she sounds so smooth when I press the pedal foot.     Kathi, Looks just like mine, including the piece of masking tape for a guide!! Mine was my first sewing machine, of my own, got it in 1959.
