    The rug measures 35" x 24" and I used 4- 50' lengths of rope that I bought at the Walmart. I thiught about going larger but it was starting to bowl up on me. Mary said you have to watch out for it doing that. I didn't have any trouble at all with that size though. Thanks guys for the nice comments. It was great fun and a break from the usual.

    That is really neat....do you have to use a heavy duty needle? Do you break a lot of needles? I cant imagine sewing clothesline??? It seems as though it would be hard to do. Is there a tutorial?
