    Sorry Margie! I didn't see you up there asking for more info! :D Here is the link to the tute that Mary Quite Contrary made http://www.quiltingboard.com/posts/list/10783.page Plain Jane (I've used 75/11's when working on my rug, but 90/14's might be better) sewing machine needle seems to work fine for me. It's a zigzag stitch that you use, and I think in my 100' I've only broke one needle, and that was because I was pulling. :roll:

    The needles seem to go through the rope just fine. I probably broke 2 needles but I needed to change one of them anyway. I used the 80 and 90 size. I put it on the widest zigzag stitch. Have fun!!

    Looks great. I have bought laundry line in 2 sizes and plan on doing this sometime too. Thanks for the inspiration!
