Really good job!! There'll be no stopping you now, enjoy your new machine.

Love both quilts, but especially the one with the wolves. My GOM has that fabric, and is planning a "pictoral" quilt.

Hi everyone, the Lizzie18LS is wonderful and I have the 12' frame to go with her. She is huge and you do need a big space for the setup. Mine is up for sale :-(
We are going to move in a few months to a year and can't bring her with us. We don't know how big of a space we will get and I don't want to put her in a dark & lonely storage space.
I have the complete set with the Lizzie 18 frame. Cost for that was $8,000 on sale.
We are selling these two pieces for $6,000 so a great price for someone
The up keep is "keep her oiled each and every time she is turned on". My DH is a machinist and he made the rules. He also put on a handle in the front for free style designing, and he made a place for my scissors & bobbin brush when needed. This machine has the handle that comes off the front and be placed on the back to use the laser that comes with the machine. It has a bobbin winder so you have 4-5 wound for each quilt. I do that before starting. I have cones and spools of thread to go with the machine plus extra needles. If you want to try it out if interested just bring a small quilt along and we will do it.
Here are some photos of the machine & frame for you to see.

this shows lizzie Stitch control & handle DH put on the front

I am waiting for a new Y cable for mine. Make sure you have cords secured so that the wheels don't hit them. I'm sure thats why my stitch regulator is screwed up now. We put cord holders under the board but too late!
