Gai you lucky person, I had just looked at the quilt then see it on your bed how beautiful it looks too. I love it.

Hah! You notice that there weren't any kitties on it in the picture! That quilt was only on the bed for as long as it took to take the pic. Then it got folded up and put back in the box. I think I'll go along with Mom's idea and put it on the wall!

    Cool follow up and through!
I was reading your description before I scrolled through the pictures. You mentioned a Paris print, and I thought "of course!" <g>
and, when I saw the picture and the bed, it was exactly the way I expected it to look! Mahvelous, dahling!
Anyway, you were right ... it all went together like it was planned - - the best kind of events, eh?
The technique Miss Karla used is very inspiring and really takes log cabin to new heights, doesn't it?
Thank you for sharing <wave> oh, and putting the extra links in was a flash of brilliance.
I have noticed a lot of new people around and it is great to be able to tie quilts together so they can catch up if they desire <wave>

Awww...you are a lucky dog to have that pretty baby! I admired it all the way from its "birth" to its finish. It looks fabulouse in that room with the print or painting...now you'll have to let us see it hanging in the living room before we give you permission to move it...:lol:
