Have you ever tried to unlock your front door of your house by clicking the button that unlocks your car????? I hate to admit I've done that more then once.

I tried in the the past to take a picture of a quilt that was on a soap, but either someone was standing infront of it or the picture frame was to fast.

Good job! No, you are not nuts! I have taken pictures of tiles, and even a picture of a picture someone showed me that they took in France of tiles. LOL

Since I started quilting I always notice quilts in movies or television shows. Apparently there are some other eagle eyes out there: http://www.thathomesite.com/forums/l...910371.html?19

Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah!! And I have trusty SONY camera right here to snap good pictures so I can a) try to find out the pattern, and b) reproduce it myself.
And the older the show the better.

Not a quilt, but I did take several pics of a tile floor in the movie "Watchmen" the other day!  All I kept thinking was, "WOW!! That would make a great quilt design!" So I went and got my camera and snapped about 8 pics of it!!
