    This project started out to be another Dresden Plate Centerpiece but decided I would rather make a wallhanging.
    So turned my creativity loose and made something unique. (at least for me)
    Everything is appliqued onto 2 layers of felted wool & finished with hand sewn blanket stitch around edges.
    This is my own design. No pattern, just created as I went along.
    I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. :D

    (it measures approx 19" tall by 20" wide)

    Absolutely gorgeous!

    I have a notebook with pictures of things others have done and use them as base inspirations to go wild like this. Don't you just love the freedom of letting your creative juices loose to run rampant? And, I might add, your's are very talented.

    OH wow, I really, really like it.

    Wasn't it hard to hand sew through the wool felt?
