    I got the patterned fabric, the fuschia blender and the mums the other day at the Hattiesburg quilt show...

    The problem with some fabrics :roll: :lol: is they tend to 'suggest' lots of pattern ideas.... and you agonize forever over what to do with it.

    So I just started cutting! and then found the blue color and the brown in my stash - so made four smaller pinwheels then decided to sew the four together to make a large block....

    Then I debated over whether to put sashing around the big blocks before sewing them together - I've decided not - because I like the secondary pattern...

    No designers injured in the creation of this quilt - IOW - my creation and inspiration only provided by the fabrics....

    Your main fabric looks very interesting!! I like how you've pulled out the colors in it.
