    Mine is a 1908... Clean it up, oil it really well, and start using it! They are the best to piece quilts with! Very soothing sound as they sew, and the bobbin winding mechanism just blows my mind.

    They just don't make them like they used to, so pretty and useful. I learned to sew on my grandma's many years ago. They are very great for sewing.

    She is beautiful, probably only needs a belt and minor adjustmetns, she would love to sew again!

    Wow Maureen!! Hidden treasure!! Hope you plan on trying it out. You can get the belts on the internet for about $15.00.

    Next time we have a get together you'll have to come join us! And how was the Meet the Teachers? I found the card for that lady from Lancaster. I hope she comes to be a vendor at our quilt show.
