This went together a lot faster than I thought, even with very careful measurements and pinning. The only thing I forgot was about making the striped border match at the miter. Next time! I have until July 24 to get it quilted before we leave to visit this precious baby.

well Cathie, the miters almost matched anyway. It's adorable and I'm sure Jacob will enjoy it, BTW who is he?

Cathie, that is too precious!! I don't think Jacob or anyone else will notice or mind that your miters might be a bit off... but I didn't see the defect from my galloping horse :D

I forgot about the galloping horse! Thanks for the reminder. And to all of you for the kind comments.

Such a darling quilt. I couldn't see any problems with it even on a slow horse. Your workmanship is really good!

I am pumped because we turned the church quilt over to a quilter last night! She has until August to get it back to us so we can do the binding and hanging tabs.

Jacob will love your quilt thought--too cute. Was that fabric from the Beatrice Potter collection? Just precious!
