    Beautiful job! The piecing by hand may feel daunting to begin with, but by the time you are done, there is such a sense of accomplishment and pride that goes with it. I made a double wedding ring quilt, queen size, completely by hand (pieced and quilted). I love it so much--it took me forever to get it done, but I wouldn't trade all that hard work for anything.
    So keep up the good work and enjoy!

    Hi Elle,

    I don't have a picture of that quilt just yet--I'll have to take one soon and post it. I will do that as soon as our house guests are gone, which I believe will be on Wednesday.

    Also, thanks for the compliment on my name. My real name is Ellen, but my dad flipped it around to be Nelle (long e on the end...) and I just added the belles part for my username for the forum. :-)

    Hi Ellen, Love the picture on your avatar as well did you make that too. Looks like batiks. I used to get called Nellyby my Dad as well when I was little, among other things LOL
