    You never go for the harder patterns do you Elle??? I've seen that one and been scared away! You are doing a fabulous job with it...but you are PP by hand? I love how you are using the "japanese fabs" for the Japanese Fans! How cute are you?? :lol: :lol:

    Thought you might, but then you would be capturing most of those gorgeous fabrics you sent to me for which I am forever grateful.

    I have decided that its a bit on the bright side and am going to calm it down with some of the paler fabrics, I keep swapping the fans around and you would be amazed at the different looks this quilt gets.

    GRIN, yes you see I have to keep those old wheels in my brain well oiled or they just might seize up. Just ordered 2 more and got a 3rd free on Jenny Neiymeyer´s site. She has a special promo going on at the moment.

    I am doing some by hand, now its just the odd one at night but since I have become more aware of the pattern I am doing them on the machine so it should grow a bit quicker now.

    The fabrics are just beautiful to work with all the gold in the fabrics are so pretty.

    Thanks Gaigai, it might be a while, think around 2 months for the centre and then I can start the border, thats all PP as well and quite complex looking, did you see the pattern that I took a photograph off and posted on this thread.
