I did one using purple batiks. I will post pics sometime or other. I found the first row the hardest, ending up with a couple twists which made it hard to cut evenly. I am saving mine to quilt when my new to me long arm quilting machine comes so I have something to practice free motion on. They sure are fun and plan to make more.

I just went out and bought 10 yds of burgundy prints (14 prints) to make a king size quilt for a client (I haven't even delivered the first one to her and she's ordered a second after seeing a picture of the first).
I think I am going to use this method. Although haven't decided if I am going to do width of fabric or if I'm going to cut them smaller, maybe 11 inches, for more variety in the overall appearance.
Should be fun!

Ok I watched the video and it goes too fast, so let me ask this - not to appear too stupid!
You sew all 40 of your Jelly Rolls strip together, fold it in half and sew down the edge, then you cut it in half? Then fold again, cut, fold, etc until it is completely finished?
Thanks for your input!
