Dorothy, what a great tute and a great quilt. It did not occur to me to make my own jelly roll quilt, but I love what you did. Such a good idea!

Tell Oreo and Tom we said hi!

    Love you,
    MJ

Wow, thank you so much for a great tutorial! I really have learned some new things here, it all makes so much more sense when you have the pictures to help explain, I am amazed at the size of your quilt, is it heavy? What a great job!

    Gal

    PS. I want that bunny!

Thank You Sooo Much
Thanks, I took a ton more pictures but I didn't think anyone would want to see all of them. That video on the binding was so helpful I just couldn't believe it.
I also wish more members would include the 'building the quilt' photos in addition to the photo of the quilt. There are so many of us out here learning from them. Oh,,, on that video I saw her backstitch with her walking foot!!!!!! Yep, she did it more than once... I thought it would break a needle or something but she did it so I did it a time or two (holding my breathe!) and
it worked just fine on my machine to..
I agree with you on how helpful everyone and everything on this board can be. I have learned so much by reading and looking at everyone's work. For a beginner like me, this board is invaluable!!!!
