    What a great idea, it never occured to me to make a jelly roll from scraps. Now I have another project to do. Thanks for the tute, and the pics are vrey helpful.

    You are a wonderful teacher. I'd have never thought to make a jelly roll like you did. Terrific idea. And a great way to be prepared to make the quilt. The randomness is what gives the quilt its charm. Oh, and Oreo is adorable.
