    Default Jewel Quilt

    Got a pack of 25 Batik fat quarters from Connecting Threads. I took out the green purple and blue and made this. I wasn't brave enough to use black as background but wanted to.

    Beautiful quilt - Black would have been fine too, but I find sewing black fabric is very difficult on my eyesight.

    I'm not fond of sewing or knitting with black either. My eyes are fine but it strains them anyway.
