I am usually not a fan of basket quilts but this one is going to be drop dead gorgeous.

Thank you all for the support, I'm thinking to do as much by hand as I can, but may break it into two projects. I get overwhelmed then the flimsy gets larger than twin bed size. I am dreading the applique portion, because I like straight lines and geometric shapes, I am not a flower person. I promise to make at least one basket with flowers, to learn the technique, I think the applique is next month. Who knows maybe I will understand how to do it properly and like it?

Love to watch Jinny's videos. Her stitching, I'm in awe of how she get's so many per linear inch.

Love that look! I like Jenny, too! I also like to have some handwork going.

lovely baskets and pretty fabric. I'm glad you are enjoying the BOM experience and it sounds like a way to learn techniques.

I really like your blocks. Jinny offers special skills in her quilting and I also love her work. I have quite a few of her border prints. I hope to do some of these blocks.
