Default John Deere Quilt, Children's Delight Pattern

Hello! I haven't posted any photos of my quilts on here, but thought it was high time I did. This was made in March 2012 for my 3 year old grandson...who is totally in love with all things John Deere. Hated using the JD fabric, which I bought from Hancock's and JoAnn's. Pattern was sooo crooked in the yardage and the fabric frayed like it was its job. But, I muddled through, and he is happy with it so that is what is most important!

(If this posting works...I will post more pictures of other quilts)

Thanks to both of you for commenting positively. This was the first large quilt I had ever done and it was of course a labor of love. That is what I like about quilting I suppose...is thinking of the recipient lovingly through the whole process!

It's a very special quilt because he loves John Deere and his grandma made it especially for him.
