Jolly Jungle Quilts for Brand New Babies

Hi Quilters,
My friend's 2 nieces just had babies about a week apart. She asked me to find some jungle fabric and whip up a few baby quilts before the births, so I started shopping for fabric in late March about 9 weeks before the kids were due.
This fabric is called Jolly Jungle and the little animals are so cute. Getting the right fabric was a real chore. I ordered 5 times from 3 different internet sites before getting the right fabric--and then they were out of the 10 inch panels I wanted.

All in all it took over 7 weeks to get the fabrics which left me only a week and a half to get the quilts done. Whew, now I can relax.
