LOL - and my husband said "are you SURE about this?" before I paid at the front desk. Oh, yeah!!!
BTW - it appears that everything works as it's supposed to as I spent the day today trying it all out and trying to learn any strange quirks that she may have.
I'm still flying ..............

Hubby wandered the store and came to tell me there were a couple of sewing machines over in the corner. Naturally my buggy and I wandered over there and there was a Singer (plastic) in a cute little cabinet, a Kenmore (light green but missing it's entire top) and a closed cabinet which I, of course, opened. Imagine my surprise and absolute delight to see a Bernina (oldie but goodie). I had one of the boys plug her in and she ran beautifully and I never hesitated. $40 and a couple of drawers full of thread, notions and a bunch of attachments. No manual but I have downloaded that from the Bernina pages - it's a Bernina 930 Record (last of the electrics before they went computerized). Am I tickled - don't you know it - I must be doing something right!
