Wow, that is going to be gorgeous when you are done. Love the green fabrics you have and mixing them with a variety of WOW to form that pumpkin seed design is stunning already. Can't wait to see the finished quilt. You will probably get faster at making the blocks as you go along.

This quilt is going to be a jewel!! Thanks for sharing your start with us - it's a great pattern, and I love your green and white interpretation. Have fun! (We'll want to see the finished project, of course)

still working on it.....i have 9 big blocks done - 15 more to go. Then there's the border(which i'm taking off another quilt)
at first i was frustrated because it seemed to be taking so long...but then when i realized that there is almost 150 pieces in one big block, i felt better. There isn't a good way to strip piece this, so it's hard to speed things up. I think I was hoping to be able to do more strip piecing....
Oh well...back to the down under(basement) to continue working....
