I love your granddaughter! She has lots of spunk! She surely is a hoot to have around. Aren't you the lucky one! By the way, please tell I like her quilt. I will be looking forward to seeing more quilts and she continues to learn more!

You are one brave woman. I just bought my niece a sewing machine and I am agonizing over teaching her to sew on it. She is seven. Your little five year old cutie looks like she is having such a good time. I hope I can be as fun at teaching as you are.

Nice work little one! Keep up the good work.

WOW! I am impressed! Julia, you are one talented young lady and cute too! Love your quilt, love your colors and am so happy to see you sewing already! I know we will be seeing much more from you as the years go on - hope you post the finished product.

What an adorable smile!!! I like her color choices. That is going to be a terrific quilt. Will she be hand quilting? I will be very interested to see her choice for the stitching.

Precious little 5 year old and she is really proud of that quilt! Tell her that we all cheer for her efforts and accomplishment.
