    Here is what I did with 35 minutes.

    The beginning of a placemat

    Another row of squares done.

    Henry i've missed you so much, was going to pm you, but now you've posted :) Your quilt looks gorgerous, you're so good at putting nice colours together, so glad to hear everything is going well for you, but miss you having your quilting time. Did you get the internship at the museum? And good for you joinig the gym :)

    Wow I really like the place mat too. Just love the colors and I like your idea at least 30 mins. a day i think I'll try that if I ever go home. hahahahahahahahaha Glad to hear the job is working out for you and adopting soon too. hehehehe

    I have never attempted a scrappy quilt but after seeing this one I just may try as I have a whole closet full of bins with nothing but scraps. I wish you the best at your new job and enjoy that 1st paycheck!

    Hey Barb! Missed you too. How ya been? Pm me and tell me all about what's been going on with you the last few weeks.

    I did get the internship with the museum. I start On September 2nd. Yay! :)

    I am also thinking of doing an online Bachelor Of Arts Degree Liberal Studies from University of NC Greensboro. Then I'll turn around and do a Master's in History. Sound like a plan? hehe

    Thanks :) I had a few leftover strips so I thought maybe they would look good as a placemat and they do! :) So I may have to order some more so I can make more of them. I stopped last night cause the bobbin ran out of thread and I took that as my cue to stop for the night.
