    Wow.

Is this regular cotton fabric then, not the plasticky shower curtain stuff? I've never seen a quilted shower curtain and would love one... Doesn't it get mouldy with the moisture in the bath?

Hey thanks for all the complements! To answer some questions:
    1. bjnicholson--Of course it's okay to bookmark
    2. dljennings--I bought this some time ago, I think at Joann's and it's actually more like Asian porcelain than Delft--FYI Delft is a old (and I mean old) replication of Oriental dishware! No info on the selvage though. I'll PM you.
    3. salmonsweet--Yes 100% cotton. I do use a vinyl liner on the inside of the tub to keep the curtain dry. LOL--I just checked and no sign of mold or much dirt. It's been hanging since we moved into our new home Easter of 2007 and has never been washed.
I have no window in my bathroom and this really brightens up the room--Yup just like blue and yellow brighten up a room.

Very pretty. I want to make my own shower curtain as well. This is very nice and love the colors.

I choose the 9 patch because it's easy--I couldn't see spending a lot of time on a shower curtain! And it's dramatic when set on point. My advice is choose something simple and let the fabric speak. Thanks again for the kind words.

I love it! You did a beautiful job and I love the colors.
I also made a quilted shower curtain for the bathroom and you are right I could not get a great picture either lol.

I made small runners for the top of the commode, just strips of different materials, not fancy, but ads some color..

Did you actually quilt it, with batting? Or is it just the quilt top?
