It's just a pattern called Heart and Home. It's made by The Quilt Company. You can log onto www.quiltcompany.com and buy it. Don't forget to buy the accessory fabric packet that gives you the little quilts and signs that go on the houses. If you don't buy that, you would have to make something else to go in that tiny space and the pre-pinted fabric designs that you just sew right in are just darling and really add to the look of the quilt.
