    I love it, very pretty and bright, SID would look the best or go across it in several different directions. This last suggestions would be the best, if you can't stay in the ditch. I can't so I either go across the centers or I stitch 1/4" away from the ditch.

    Gosh. You all have such good ideas. I am a little intimidated with FMQ still. I may do stitching 1/4 from the seams as suggested...Thanks for your ideas and inspiration. I will keep checking back...

    I use Stitch, a "forum" type software that lets me capture images and doctor them a bit. It may only be available for Mac...I don't remember.

    I quilted a quilt like this for someone and did stippling in the white triangles and that made the color part of the pinwheel puff up and looked good.
