So I ironed it all well and laid it out as best as I could, then pinned. I usually use basting spray, but couldn't.
Then I quilted it from the center out, with the exception of zipping around an inside border to give it some stability. The first outside border has no quilting--didn't need it--but the outside border is quilted. I simply did a wide zigzag in and around the piano key border--I think that's what that design is called. :-D

You know, as I look at it again, I see no reason you couldn't put a binding on it at this point if you relaly wanted to. It would be just for looks as the quilt is already in one piece, but it you like the look of binding... Either way, it's a super quilt.
