Look what my husband went to bidding on last nite!
He said, he really wanted me to have this cause it was a near perfect machine just like my Nana's. Who is no longer with us I am so sad to say. But I do have her treadle like this. But it wasn't taken good care of and we are getting ready to strip hers all down, cause even all the decals are falling off. But she taughter her daughters and grand daughters to sew on that machine, so we are going to get it back to shape and being where it can be used. I'm hoping I can teach my grand daughters to sew on hers cause that would be like 5 generations of the women in our family! That would be awesome. But here is the one my hubby decided to get me in her honor.

Lol...well I think he is spoiling me. Actually we were both very close to my nana. So I can almost see why he would just do that. But, it is a good man I will say that.
