    I really love this little quilt. I have some Christmas fabric like yours and wondered what to do with it because in person, it's really quite spectacular. I saved this thread so I can get some ideas when I start mine. Thanks for your picture and good luck with your long arming.

    This patterns brings back memories for me.

    How big is this block. Is it a wall hanging? I did a similar block, in a sixteen block repeat for a very large lap or bed quilt. My blocks were about sixteen inches square, I think. The corners were three inch sq. ohio star blocks and each finished block was 209 pieces.

    Oh, the stuff I remember!

    Your quilt is real cool.

    It is so very pretty & I think you did a great job being your first quilt. As my husband tells me all the time - the only person who can see things wrong with what you do is you, so don't point it out & nobody would ever notice. Again beautiful.
