    Okay so here's the rest, my question is how on earth do I put it all together and make it look nice with out just thrown together? They aren't all the same size, I 've seen quilts with different sized blocks and they used sashing and what not but how do you plan it? As you can tell stars are my fav's .Thanks for any input.

    I have a whole box of "orphan" blocks also.. everything from 4" to 16". If you have a space big enough you can lay them out, figure out what spaces are left and make braids, squares or sashing to "fill in" what is left. Or you can do them in strips. You have a lovely group of orphans.

    If you had to pick just one color for sashing what would it be? I have so many colors going on :) .
