    Boy every time I see a quilt done with these little traingles my mouth drops to the floor you ladies are experts. Very good love the way your points come toghther

    OK, I figured out the difference on the triangle placement.
    On yours you have all the light colored trianges next to the diamonds. On hers she alternated light next to darker big triangle and dark next to lighter big triangle.
    Since all your big triangles are the same color...you placed yours the way you did.

    I've alweays liked that pattern....it doesn't seem to matter if it's done scrappy or planned, it's always interesting.
    Would be a great pattern to use for a man's quilt, too.

    Love your colors-the grey looks great! I am always amazed when I make a quilt out of my stash (which is the majority!) how fabrics set just next to each other that may seem "iffy", come together and look great when all sewn together! Can't wait to see it completed!
