Okay - so I tried Elle's recipe first 'cause it's for the microwave - and I was in a hurry! When we finish eating it (will be very soon!), I'll try yours, Izy. I almost burnt my tongue, because I couldn't wait for it to cool!

when it eventually cooled did it set well????? I made some strawberry jam in the microwave and it didn´t set so had to boil it up again.

I have taken your recipes for all the lemons and will be trying soon. I like the sound of them all. The tree is just full of lemons.
