    It did set well :P but I had to sieve it - both because I wanted to remove the bits of lemon rind and because I think I cooked it a little too long in the microwave :( and the egg may have cooked a little too much. Sieving made it nice and smooth - and it's the taste than I remember! Yuuummm :D :D Thanks, Elle. Next I'll try Izy's recipe. Boyohboy, will I have something to share with my Arizona neighbors and pals :lol: 8) :lol:

    Great, thats what I wanted to know. I love lemon curd, its great on toast and on scones. Now I am making my mouth water.

    Darn you all...now I'm going to have to go buy lemons to try this.

    K...send me the eggs...DH LOVES fresh eggs!!! We don't currently have any chickens.....no coop built

    LOL I think everyone has convinced me to make two quilts Bev., but will have to wait as I now have got engrossed in the Noah's Ark quilt tee hee!! :roll: :lol: :D
