    Wall hangings don't get a lot of rough wear. I think the visual impact of that great design will override any stitching glitches. Not every quilt wants to be a technical showpiece. Some just want to express love.

    Sometimes it just feels good just to get the darn thing done! Glad it's going to someone, as you said, who'll appreciate getting a quilt, but who doesn't know enuf about quilting to know the diff! I really like the pattern and the colors and think it's a GOOD quilt, even if you don't.

    The pattern is terrific. Just stand back a couple of yards and look at it. You did a great job.
