Kalamazoo Quilts -- Select photos from the Show
#15
What I learned at the Kalamazoo Quilts Show:
1) while storing Antique quilts, take them out for an airing once a year (when you change the battery in your smoke alarm).
2) Re-fold quilts along Diagonal lines, prevents undue stress on vertical and horizontal seams.
3) Take more cash, small local vendors can't take plastic at the show! :(
4) for $5, a CD with ALL the 300+ quilts is available from the guild. My sampling doesn't show the bedsize quilts.
