I made a similar thing but I used dog grooming arms from Amazon. Just clamp them to your table and add clamps to the already attached ropes. Here are the ones I bought: http://www.amazon.com/Master-Equipme...oming+supplies

I need to do something like this for sure. I like the dog arm clams too,I may just get the pipe and clamps and make my own doggie like clamps because something like that would be easier to make the adjustments on and to move it to a different place if need too. Some GREAT ideas!!!
