    I got my DD a sewing machine for her birthday, too. We celebrated Saturday, 14 June. She worked with it yesterday.

    So, I am looking to get my six year old a machine for her birthday. I don't want to pay a bunch, but I do want her to be able to sew more than tissue paper. How did the Barbie machine hold up and do you have any info about model number, manufacturer?
